Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Design at the University of Notre Dame, her Masters of Science in Higher Education at the University of Pennsylvania, and her Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining the Colgate community, she served as the Executive Director of the Center for Academic Learning Support at Texas A&M University at Galveston. In that role, she worked to foster holistic student development through strategic advising and support program development. As an Administrative Dean, she continues to champion student success for each individual she encounters here at Colgate. Outside of work, she is an avid arts hobbyist who enjoys painting, photography, and mixed media projects. You are likely to see her around town with her two children and husband, engaging with a robust range of local arts and cultural opportunities.
